V Šarićevých dvorech připravujeme všechny pokrmy dle domluvy s našimi hosty.Vegetariánské menu, saláty, ovoce, sýry, plody moře, maso. Veškeré pokrmy se připravují z domácích produktů a tradicionálním způsobem, aby se zachovala autentičnost středomořské kuchyně. Níže jsou uvedeny některé z našich specialit.

Dans Saricevi dvori, en accord avec nos clients, nous préparerons touts types de plats. Le menu végétarien, les salades, les fruits, les fromages, les fruits de mer, la viande. Tous les plats sont préparés de la façon traditionnelle en utilisant seulement les meilleurs ingrédients locaux afin de reproduire la cuisine méditerranéenne authentique. Voici quelques spécialités de notre maison.
La Peka – la façon traditionnelle de préparation des plats sous une cloche en fonte que l’on recouvre de braises. Ce type de plat est préparé pendant plusieurs heures. Merci de réserver en avance.

La Peka - il modo tradizionale di preparare il cibo in una campana di ghisa coperta di brace. Questo tipo di piatto viene preparato per diverse ore. È necessario prenotare in anticipo.
