Spacey house with private pool, comfort, peace...So close, but so far away... Our house has the surface area of 95m2 and it is situated in Primosten Burnji, 6km distant from the coast.

The interior consists of:
2 bedrooms - both airconditioned, in one there is one king size bed and in the other there are 2 separate beds (that can be put together), plenty of storage space for the clothes
1 bathroom - washing machine, bath tub
1 living room - air condition, armchair, big sofa (for 1 person to sleep), Smart TV
1 Kitchen - fully equipped

Exterior:
Private pool, 4 sunbeds, sun umbrellas
Grill house near the pool, dining table in the courtyard behind the house as well as the parking place, coffee table and 4 chairs on the porch in the front of the house.

No direct neighbours, it is very peaceful so if you fantasize about spending your holidays in an idyllic village in the dalmatian hinterland, surrounded with olive and wine grows, fig trees, lavender, rosemary and dry stone walls - you are on the right place. All the the rooms have the "green view", there is plenty of sun and refreshment on the pool, plenty of shade under the almond tree, peace and tranquility with birds and crickets instead of alarm in the morning....

Primosten area is very well known for its vineyards planted almost in bare stone. A famous superior quality wine "Babic" is produced from this grape. These vineyards have an official status of world monument of human work and there is a picture of them in the lobby of the United Nations building in New York.

For those who want to have some fun but go to sleep little bit earlier, there are Fisherman’s evenings for tourists during the summer time and they are very popular in Primosten. Various local food is barbecued on every corner and numerous guests enjoy genuine Dalmatian atmosphere with wine and song.

For those who don't need much of a sleep but music and entertainment all night long - there is the biggest club in Dalmatia – the “Aurora”, situated at the entrance to Primosten. Many famous dj-s perform here in the summer.

For all of you who like to swim and sunbathe there are beautiful beaches all around Primosten. The most beautiful is the Raduca beach, several times proclaim the most beautiful beach in Croatia.

For those who like fine wining & dining, there are couple of "konoba" (like trattoria in Italy) in Primosten Burnji (where our house is situated) that you need to visit and enjoy the local food and the atmosphere.
